Hi All! This is my first blog too! I like to talk and e-mail, so this might become my new past-time.
A little bit about me...
I have a wonderful husband, Dave, whom I've been married to almost ten years. We just got back from Puerto Vallarta for our anniversary trip--a little early.
For almost the entire ten years, I've been a stay-at-home mom. This is/was the best job I'll ever have. My daughter started school two years ago (my youngest), and I decided to go back to school to get my Master's in special education. After EDUC 505, I only have 3 classes to go!
I have two children, Nick age 12 and Ashley age 6. Nick will be in 7th grade at Concordia Lutheran School. He plays travel soccer, the snare drum, track, tennis, and golf. Nick keeps me quite busy! Ashley will be in the 1st grade at Concordia Lutheran School. She plays soccer, basketball, tennis, and swimming. Adding in her sports really fills up my time. I love my children and LOVE spending time with them.
And my favorite colors are pink and purple...could you guess???

I am jealous! I have not had a vacation since spring break(Miami). I hope you had a blast . I will be going to Toronto for a few days to a Carribean festival called Caribana. It's alwasys an amazing time. Good luck with your new found interest in blogging
I have to say I am jealous as well. The only vacations I have had in the last few years take place in Indiana! Looks like most of us are in the same boat at being novices to blogging!
